Anybody like working on bikes? (bicycle bikes)

Hello!

Was wondering if there was anyone out there that is comfortable working on bicycles that wanted to help a couple of newbies out? We are getting our first bikes in the mail here soon, and was hoping for some guidance with building/assembling them and maybe some help so we don't screw it up!

(I know we can take it to the local bike shop, but was hoping to save a couple bucks and to learn how to work on the bikes ourselves as well)

Will be happy to provide some deer sticks or some ground venison or something for your time & help =)
