Delisted app (Dojo)

I recently had an unplanned factory reset on my phone - unfortunately, the company that made one of my favourite apps has closed and the app is no longer listed on the play store.

Is there any (safe) way to recover a recent-ish apk?

The app was called Dojo (Best things to do in Paris and London - or something similar).

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this.
