G7 7790 laptop (17 inch)?

I am speaking of the 17 inch G7 7790, with a rtx 2060, i7 8750h, 16 GB ram, 256SSD+1TB hdd.

Should i buy, what do you advise? What are it's issues?

What about the temps?

Does the display have any reverse-ghosting issues? Or any other issues? I am interested in the 60hz version.
