Is Nazana a must have in arena?

My arena team is : Apoth -> Battlesage -> Athel -> Elhain

I read a lot about how amazing Nazana is. Mainly in the arena and was wondering if swapping her with Elhain would work or I would lose too much dmg. Currently, Athel does 70% dmg and Elhain finishes.
