I hate being the center of attention but my coworker is always putting me on the spot!

Every Monday morning my dept of about 15 people meet to discuss the work for the week. After we discuss upcoming projects we have what we call "Show and Tell' if you want to talk about what you did over the weekend. We are a travel company and pretty much if you go on a big trip you are almost expected to talk about it. Well I went on my yearly trip home and then from there did a road trip with my mom out east to visit relatives. My trip back home is nothing to ever really mention because it's just me sitting at home with my Mom for a week. This time I returned on Labor Day so our Monday meeting was transferred to Tuesday and then I was out with a few others at a class on Tuesday and Wednesday so missed the meeting. By this time pretty much everyone had seen anything I had to say on Facebook and I had talked to almost all of my department about my trip. Well my one coworker was out all that week and didn't return until yesterday's meeting. She told us about her trip and then my manager said "Anyone else have anything to add?" and my coworker goes "Oh did everyone hear about fadedbackground's trip". Everyone turns to me and my face turns bright red. I said that I pretty much told everyone about it already. I didn't want to talk about it, but she does that with everyone. She knows what's going on with everyone because she's that type of person and sees what they post on Facebook and then at the meeting even if the person doesn't volunteer info she'll go "How was that movie you saw?" or "How was the run you did"? or "How was the concert"? If someone doesn't want to bring up what they did then some other person shouldn't pretty much volunteer you to talk about it!
