ĉirkaŭfleksoj por aliaj leteroj/circumflexes for other letters

ĉu oni povus uzi ĉirkaŭfleksojn por iu ajn letero por priskribi sonojn ke ne ekzistas en la esperanta alfabeto? ekzemple, ĉu oni povus skribi "T̂"-n por la angla sono "th" (kiel en la vorto "thistle"), kaj "D̂"-n por "dh" (kiel "th" en la vorto "the")?

can you use circumflexes for any other letter to describe sounds that don't exist in esperanto? like could you use "T̂" for the "TH" sound like in the word "thistle," or "D̂" for the "DH" sound like in the word "the"?
