ENFP lacking Fe — development help?

I am an ENFP 7w8 with underdeveloped Fe — which leads me to saying things that I don’t mean, being very blunt and annoying, not reading social moods and stuff.

It also got me mistyped as INFP since usually ENFPs do not have so low Fe like mine.

That accounts for my lack of friends. :( I want to have a better understanding of the social environment. Any suggestions?
