Help with Airport Shuttle times?

Hey guys I bought an airport shuttle but the "doors" time on my shuttle pass is before I even land at the airport. What do I do? Do these work all day for the day I purchased? Just a little confused on the shuttle times and want to make sure i don't miss my shuttle or my flight.
