Brick removal

There are a few options at our disposal, but I'm curious to see what this community has used in terms of chunking a bunch of bricks.

I've called Republic Services and am awaiting a call back. The smallest dumpster they provide is 20 cubic yards, which is much too large.

Has anyone else used any other service that takes stuff at a flat fee (read: not 1800-Got-Junk) or used the one-time dump pass we're allowed a year?
