Too late to apply with TMDSAS?

He all! So, I wasn't planning on applying to the Texas schools because I didn't think I was going to be very competitive, but I just got my MCAT score back and I got a 524 (way higher than I was expecting). So now I am wondering whether mid-to-late July is too late to submit my TMDSAS primary? I know it's much later than ideal, but it's the soonest I could get transcripts sent, essays written, and coursework filed.
