Should I get a boxer and pit bull?

My gf wants lil lap dogs, but I said we should get a boxer and a pit bull and name them boxerman and pitty. She wants mini poodles and gay things like that and name them greggy and molly i said no cuz boxerman and pitty would just punch them in the face and she got mad. Am I wrong?
