I think it's really silly to already liken a teenager to the best forward of the current generation, but there's some rightful hype about this kid. It would be pretty typical that the NGA rules get changed just before we land a highly rated prospect though.

Sad that we are looking at a 2020 potential draft prospect as our solution.

I highly doubt anyone inside the club is looking at him as our solution. We want to be challenging in a year or two, and he won't be ready for at least another 3 or 4 years.

Was directing it more to the supporter base. If we did want to challenge we would need one of the top forwards in the AFL or go for the cheap option being one of the top forwards in the vfl, sanfl, wafl and neafl.

Shown some amazing potential but only in flashes, should be approaching the stage where he starts to show some consistency. Hope Power isn't taking him into consideration anyway. Ignoring that there might be a change in the drafting rules there's also the fact that talls take ages to develop unless their name is Aaron Naughton. They also end up not making it a lot of the time as well.

Better to do what the Weagle's have done and risk drafting too many key position players then do what we've done and end up with not enough. Even if we have too many clubs will pay a lot more for them then they will mids.
