R5: Farabundo Marti is promoting Banking Reforms
Marx believed that a central bank was necessary
Yes, Marx believed in a single, workers' state-run bank. But the thing is, these banking reforms aren't nationalizing the banks in El Salvador and centralizing them into a single, state bank, if you read that focus' description it merely means that the banking system in El Salvador would loosen up the the very strict financing terms it has, to make it easier for citizens to get loans and financing for making new businesses, in addition to that, the economic focus tree for El Salvador is divided into two mutually exclusive paths, the 'A Socialist Economy' path, and the 'Sticking to the Basics' path, the 'Banking Reforms' focus being in the latter, which isn't the socialist economy path, but rather the one that sticks to capitalism and turning El Salvador into a trade-based economy. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

Thank you, thank you, come back tomorrow as I make a class analysis on the nature of the Denmark's Hybrid Regime.

No lol where are you getting that from?
Banks definitely wouldn't exist in socialism.
From Marx.
The proletariat will use its political supremacy to wrest, by degree, all capital from the bourgeoisie, to centralise all instruments of production in the hands of the State, i.e., of the proletariat organised as the ruling class; and to increase the total productive forces as rapidly as possible. Of course, in the beginning, this cannot be effected except by means of despotic inroads on the rights of property, and on the conditions of bourgeois production; by means of measures, therefore, which appear economically insufficient and untenable, but which, in the course of the movement, outstrip themselves, necessitate further inroads upon the old social order, and are unavoidable as a means of entirely revolutionising the mode of production. These measures will, of course, be different in different countries. Nevertheless, in most advanced countries, the following will be pretty generally applicable.
Chapter II. Proletarians and Communists, The Communist Manifesto
Either Marx isnt a real socialist or you haven't read your literature.
These are specific recommendations that Marx thought apppiciable to the situation of 1848 lol.
They wouldn't exist under socialism, but would probably exist in the first period of the DotP/workers' state, Lenin also reaffirmed that in 1917 in 'The Impending Catastrophe and How to Combat It'. Whether you agree with it or not doesn't change the fact Marx did say it, although I do agree Marx more often than not meant lower-stage communism when talking about socialism, and not the DotP.
Isn't the DOtP lower stage, since it still involves a state, class (the proletariat are "in charge" but distinct classes still have yet to be swept aside) and (possibly) money?
Maybe I'm misunderstanding you/the concept?
