Mileage money for techs?
The techs in my store are not getting paid their mileage money for doing on-sites. The managers say they don’t know how to do it. Does anyone know if there is a special way to do it?

It has to be petty cash through mileage. Have your managers pull up the HTG on the hub. It explains all the steps and what needs to be entered to pay out for mileage and how to code it.

I know the math my store uses is 58 cents a mile, other than that it’s just doing petty cash to my understanding

This is correct. There is an option for mileage in petty cash (very bottom of options). Anybody below GM should be paid out through petty cash.

If only there was a hub to search, a dm to email, or an entire flippin company of 1300 other stores to call and ask.

I dunno who's dumber , your managers for not being able to do a 5 second search on the hub, or your techs who have been doing onsites out of their own pockets
