He's actually on a court now. That's progress from the gym. Now if I could see him holding a basketball, I can feel like maybe he's a basketball player again. Then we try to get him back to NBA player good.
In all seriousness, this is good news. I don't wanna take it too far, but definitely feels like he is making progress. I would love to see him come back and kill it for us.

I was running 2k with him and signed DeAngelo Russel.
fultz averaged 12 pts/4 rebounds/ and 6 assist. Shooting 38% from 3.
While DeAngelo averaged 22 pts/ 5 rebounds and 8 assist. Shooting 42% from 3.
I ran fultz at point and DeAngelo at shooting gaurd.
I ran the league on hall of fame difficulty so it could be as "accurate" as possible and those were the numbers that came up after one season together.
In my opinion I think those numbers are pretty accurate and reachable.

What are you talking about? Nothing about my statement suggests I don't think he could be a good shooter. If/when he gets a decent shot back it will open up his game and make him an even deadlier driver and finisher because he is one of the best in the world at that already. That's all I was saying, I love Markelle and think he can be an MVP so I was in this sub to continue to follow and discuss him. I think that was a mistake because this conversation is insanely stupid and a waste of time. I'm out. #F2G

My bad. I thought you were skeptical of his ability to shoot a decent clip from three. However, a lot of people do act like he's going to be another Ben Simmons.
I think Markelle was a great pickup for pretty much nothing. I really hope his injury isn't career altering.

Damn man, I hate to be the wet blanket but after Hammond’s non-commital statement, Scottie Pippen was saying he thinks he won’t ever be ready. That’s kinda harsh but I would’ve liked to have seen him play summer league.

I understand your frustration but I legit didn’t expect him to play in summer league. And I don’t see Hammond’s statement as a negative sign. I think even if Markelle was doing incredibly well Hammond would still give the same answer. There’s a difference between Hammond having a prospective timeline and Hammond giving the media a definitive timeline. My expectations are tempered but my hopes are high for Kelle.

What would Scottie Pippen know? This has been the FO's approach the whole time. They aren't giving any deadlines or putting any pressure on our guys, particularly Fultz after what he's gone through.
They did the same with Isaac and were just as quiet with Mo.

They'd have no idea. Honestly, talking out their asses. Weltham are very deliberate with how secretive they are when releasing info, not just for futlz. I wouldn't read into it at all.
