[GL] Obtainable F2P Gems Estimation - July 2019

Some of you may know of my series of retrospective Gem counts for the past months. As a reference, here is the post I made for the May Summary (Jun to be posted once the month ended):

Right. Now that the shameless plugging is out of the way let's get down to business. With the calendar of events now published, I've compiled an estimate list of gems we will be getting in July based on my experience in the past months.
Why is this useful? Let's say you want to pull for Lulu, you should see from the list below that if you start saving for her banner on the 27th of June, you will get ~54.250 gems before her banner goes away. Important notes about these numbers below the table, make sure to read!

IMPORTANT: This list is just a low key (very conservative) estimate based on past values and the event list. It also does not contain login bonuses (400 gems every 8 days), irregular rewards etc. Tickets are stable at 50 for character events (inc. Summon Boards) 8 for Lost Chapters (for any irregular event your guess is as good as mine).
Couple of extra notes for this prediction:

Where you see a question mark it means that it is not confirmed so just an educated guess at this point.

I have added 300 extra gems per character event due to Summon Boards, 350 gems for WOI (we seem to be getting these now) and included 600 (new)/100 (LC) gems extra for account levels. I've also added 2x regular Chocobo Board mission rewards and 1500x2 for Summer Choco Boards

We expected Shiva to drop in July, so it could drop at the very end of the month or early August for 28k extra gems, but that is unconfirmed at this point.
Thanks again for reading! Any suggestions are also welcome, but I do not plan to make this as long and as detailed as the retrospective summary.
