This season I was off work ill in bed for a week so decided to try a different strat for the mountaintop, the weapon I’ve never been able to get. It worked! Over the week of IB I completed the triumph.
Next it was onto fabled, I had got it last season during the revelry but this time I’d have to do it without skip grenades. Been going up and down in comp for the past 3 weeks but yesterday my friends and I went on a 7 win-streak leaving me at 2014 glory! I’m so buzzing to finally get it, I never thought I would!
Team work makes the dream work.
Nice! I had a lot of trouble with the Mountaintop quest... the double kills and medals... ugh. Took me a season and a half to finish the kill requirements. Luna and NF were a cakewalk compared to that nonsense... good thing tho, I am now very proficient with grenade launchers lol.
I finally got that 50 kill medal with chaperone only on titan
I finished the In Pursuit of Honor triumph, now all that's left is to wade through the cesspit that is PC comp
This week was a good week:
Reached Legend, I'm now 2/3 done for unbroken (Had to start over since I switched to PC this February).
And finally got 7th Column, which was the last gold medal I was still missing.
Ooh, any tips on how to get 7th Column done? Or is it just waiting for the stars to align?
Bottom tree dawnblade, push their spawn by yourself and hope your blueberries don't follow you.
Also, hope the multi kill timer doesn't screw you. It seems super inconsistent for some reason.

I started streaming fabled help a few days ago and have brought 30+ people to fabled already and will be a twitch affiliate this afternoon ;) twitch.tv/niceprimary_
Currently, I just got past Brave III and now I'm Heroic III, nearing Fabled. I've done this all whilst solo queuing using Sturm and Drang, trying to do Luna's Howl, Revoker(finished), Mountaintop and Recluse at the same time.
I started forsaken as a 1.13 KD and am currently at 1.39 KD. My goal since the major sandbox update is to get to 1.4 KD before September (limited time to play doesn't help) and my other goal was to hit Legend legit at least once (achieved). It's thanks to some YouTubers like Cammy, CoolGuy, TV, Cerridus, Hush, and plenty of others that I was able to achieve this and stay motivated.
I went into a comp match and pulled 24 kills in one life with graviton lance and rose and got a "we ran out of medals medal" felt pretty good
Yet the next match I immediately got clapped.

Got two pretty decent Erentils last week.
Erenetils:
Liquid Coils - Firmly Planted - TTT
Projection Fuse - Under Pressure - Backup Plan
Also got a two nice beloveds with Snapshot / Quickdraw, Snapshot / Moving Target.
Excited to actually use them when I get time in the weekend.
At 2022 with a two win streak. I think this might be it boys. Set to get Luna's, Recluse, and Revoker (just happen to need like 20 more rating to finish) all at the same time. A lot riding on my next game. I'm Absolutely Terrified.
The safe bet would be to wait for reset on Tuesday for the bonus 120 points to tip you over. GL though and maybe you already got it.
I risked it for the biscuit and won a close ass game. It was ultimately very worth it I love all of the pvp pinnacles a lot.
Try getting the Mountaintop quest done too! It's 100% worth the quest to get it! I personally had to grind up to 2100 again this season to manage to complete it and was kicking myself the entire way.
Those darn rapid kills are killing me. I finished my grenade kills awhile ago. working on medals slowly. got a decent militias and fighting lion, need a better heavy nade launcher. not sure how good the swarm of the raven is for pvp, totally a good pve roll.
I just dont wanna lose too much before i hit Fabled for the other guns! Kinda nervous. Final Push.
Yeah for sure hit fabled first! Just try to get Mountaintop done before next season! I totally believe in you getting to 2100 man!
I usually play with 2 of my friends who are way better than I am (1 is unbroken and the other is 3.01 KD avg). Just got back into Destiny since the Not Forgotten season. I’ve been sucking so fucking hard even they haven’t been able to carry me.
This morning I went back to the classic Ace + Mindbenders combo and solo queued past 2100. Got to visit Shaxxx for Revolker, Recluse, and Mountaintop all at once. I feel so relieved.
Damn that’s a nice haul! Now to decide which to play with first 🤘😎🤘
Yeah! Wasn’t a big PvE guy but the mountain top recluse combo is seriously fun. I’m addicted to destiny again and it’s bad
The first time I went flawless in d1 trials. It was so super close my hands were shaking afterwards
I am really proud of getting to 5500 in comp and earning the NF. All with a team of players I found while solo queing and we played all the way without voice chat.
I finally got my unbroken a few days ago. Unlike the other seals, it didn't feel like a grind, because knowing there was only so much progress you can make in a season takes away a sense of urgency, and by the time my unbroken season came up, it didn't feel that important to me. I got fabled the first day of this season and had the revoker by the second day. Competitive as a whole feels boring to me, and now that there's nothing to gain from hitting legend, I have even less incentive to play. It would've been really nice if bungie would've allowed you to reset your glory rank once you reach 5500 so unbroken could be reached in a single season.
Resetting Glory would be cool for those that can hit it.
i FINALLY got my mountaintop triumph done. now it's time to hit fabled, which shouldnt be TOO hard.
Hit Brave II in comp in two hours after being on hiatus for a year and only two weeks worth of half assed weapons. Working two jobs doesn't help my comp points any lol. Finally had a over 3.0 kd quickplay game since coming back. I got Ace this week and I don't think imma ever put it down until I get a decent Trust. Have a good one fellow guardians!
Don't Sleep on Waking Vigil
In a rumble match after doing not so bueno, I got 3 kills with my chaperone in 3 seconds and got the Sunshot catalyst right after that. Feels good.
Finally cracked 40 kills in a single game. It was on gamblers ruin with TLW and a backup plan erentil, but I'm still happy with myself 😁
I joined group after group from discord trying to reach Fabled. Never could get any momentum or team synergy going. A few days ago, I decide to solo queue and the stars, planets, and galaxies aligned as I climbed to Fabled and obtained Recluse, Revoker, and Luna's Howl. Still finishing up Redrex and Mountaintop, but man oh man does it feel like I've been through some shit. Currently at Fabled II and JUST lost an 8-win streak. I'm not stopping here though, going for Not Forgotten while I'm hot!
Bygones and Beloved never let me down, and the most important thing if you're flying solo is to TAKE BREAKS and rinse the salt before trying to come back from a losing streak.
Honestly I just want to work towards fixing my salty attitude, it's killing the fun for me but I feel like I can't help but get mad and upset about playing badly
