NEW RULE: Only post dogs shopping in pet friendly stores. Stores that allow dogs will usually be pet stores, hardware stores, outdoor stores, etc.

The full rule:

Only post dogs shopping in pet friendly stores. Before bringing your dog to a store, always call ahead of time to verify their dog policy. Stores that allow dogs will usually be pet stores, hardware stores (Home Depot), outdoor stores, etc. Do not post dogs in supermarkets or Target. Service dogs are an exception to this rule, but please clarify in the title if your dog is working unmarked.

Submission titles that mention "Target" will be auto removed as they are not a pet friendly store. If you're posting your service dog at Target, simply say "store" instead of "Target" in order to bypass the automod.

The idea behind this rule is we don't want to encourage people to bring their pets into stores where they should not be.

This rule will not apply to any past posts, as they were posted before the rule was in place.
