Only works with the ones who claimed their personal account was official and governmental ; doesn't work on the ones who separate their private and professional accounts.
I mean, that's the reason leftists complained Trump was using his personal account as a Presidential one from the beginning. That's not something that's OK to do in their mind.

On to SCOTUS! Then however they rule is a win. If they rule in favor of POTUS, then he wins, if SCOTIS rules against POTUS, then all elected officials have to delete their block lists, and that hurts Dems a LOT more than it hurts Repubs.

If it violates the 1st Amendment then I suspect Reddit is also in violation by quarantining T_D, where the POTUS did an AMA and where discussion about him and his policies take place almost exclusively on this platform.
