I got alexa working with the Xbox, but any time I tell it to launch a game it just takes me to the store and tells me it's not installed. Which it is. I've unlinked and relinked and everything to no resule. Anyone able to get it working?

Mine works well. Maybe it's the game itself, maybe alexa can't recognise it?
I tried a couple, none worked.
Which game? I had problems starting HITMAN 2 because sometimes the Xbox sees it as HITMAN 2 - Prologue.
Had no problem starting any game so far.
Tried far cry 4 and no man's sky, takes me to the store page.
i had no idea alexa works with xbox now...i just use my kinect with my 1x. But, with the kinect you have to say the entire games title. So PUBG is listed as PUBG, so its "xbox go to P-U-B-G (Spelled out)" or "Xbox go to call of duty:black ops 4" perhaps alexa is the same? try to be more specific. Just a shot in the dark here
I did say "Far Cry Four" and "No Man's Sky" - and used different combinations of "Play" and "Launch" as described in the instructions. It's obviously recognizing the names of the games because it is going directly to their store page, but outside of that, nada.

The list of apps/games Alexa knows are installed on your console sounds to be out of sync. On the console u check the digital assistant setting and recheck it. That forces a re-up load of the list. See if that improves your experience. Otherwise PM me and I'll investigate on the backend.
