Zkill is down...why don't we keep going? Dotlan should shut services too...

Why stop at zkill...Dotlan should offer limited services: maps, jump planning, sov etc., but no npc kills info. So many fcs use it from small gang to big blocs. Let's keep the blackout going strong! Let null space be truly dangerous. No info.
