Veterinary costs too expensive

Is there anyway I could pay less for my rabbit to see a vet? I'm worried that we might need to bring him to emergency care but I have no money or way of getting there. My mom most definitely will be mad if I even try to get him help because of the cost. My rabbit hasn't eaten or really moved much today. I've only been up for an hour so It could still change. However, it just seems very off to me and I don't know what i can do if he continues.
