[Help] My bow screw won't tighten after a certain point. What do I do?

I tried unscrewing the screw completely and lubricating it but that doesn't seem to fix anything. Could it be because of humidity? Because these days, the humidity has been comparatively quite high. What can I do to fix this problem on my own?
