It's a high quality 8-bit TN panel and it's quite good (I own one) and ofcourse it has the typical downsides of the TN panels (washed out colors) but it can be improved a lot by calibrating it using the monitor's OSD and Nvidia's color profiler.
It's definitely a great panel and the QC tends to be better than the IPS counterpart.
