How does it work?

Hit points at the top, bardic inspiration in the middle, and spell slots in the bottom section. When you use a resource you pull out one of the brass pins.

I see! Great idea and execution:)

Thanks. The execution needs a bit of work, it definitely isn’t square in a couple of places and a drill press would make the holes much more consistent.

Needs a set of peg holes to put the used pegs in so they don't get lost as you use them.

If you drilled those holes without a drill press, damn fine work.

Tracks spell slot and spell duration

Spell duration/concentration would be good things to add but this particular lady is a pali/bard so rarely does any of either.

I thought the d10s were for spell duration.

That’s a good idea, I could probably do that down in the spell section since no spell worth counting down lasts more than 10 rounds

I need information!

Hot points at the top, bardic inspiration in the middle and levelled spell slots at the bottom. Use a resource, pull a pin.

The board is oak, the pins and the inlay are brass.

I love it dude. Are you looking for recommendations/ideas?

If you’ve got some!

Just some grain of salt ideas you may have had already.

Divots on the side to put the pins in. Maybe separate them so they can be easy to manage.

Drill all the holes needed, then have plugs to fill them. Making leveling easier. Maybe Woodburn lines/sections for each level?

A dice place next to the inspiration section to remind him what dice to use for it.

You could drill circular divots for the D20 at the top with a forstner bit to keep them from moving/falling off if it got bumped too
