If you look at her in the PC client with a small windowed view, you can see she has a sleep camisole or shift. At first i thought she was naked because the straps looked like her hair.

Even in my phone I noticed its a sleep dress, the texture is different than the hair, and you can even hide the chat

I'm with you on that full art. Luna makes great use of the heart bond considering she wants as much mdef as possible like Bozel and Jugler.

Nothing its just fanservice that only the female characters have access to. You can open the confession letter as many times as you want one you've unlocked it.

It does not appear to be possible at this time to confess to Ledin. If it were, I'm sure he'd say, "I love you Commander" but his voiced dialogue will reference how he's enjoyed protecting you, brother, and that it's by the king's will that he consecrate your body with his love just before yelling "It's Hammer Time, Brother."

Confess just gives information on how many times you have used the character/a cool picture/letter. You have to take a character to center heart bond ten which gives an extra 5 percent to all stats.
Not all characters have it yet. I have four characters at ten and only Listell will be getting her soon
