Is the FX-Audio x6 DAC/AMP good for the Superlux HD668b?
I have recently purchased the Superlux HD668b's headphones but was disappointed when i plugged them into my desktop PC; they sound too quiet for my taste even at 100% volume. I have tried them on my laptop and they are quiet loud, too loud for normal listening so the problem is not coming from the headphones. On my desktop PC, listening to music and watching videos is kind of acceptable but when playing video games (which is my main use) they sound even more quiet for some reason (around 25-30% volume compared to my laptop).
Now i'm forced to buy an AMP/DAC (i never owned one before, i'm a newbie when it comes to audio), so is the FX-Audio x6 good for the 668b's? or is it an overkill since the 668b's are only 56 OHMS? do you have a suggestion for a good AMP/DAC combo under 70$?
Thanks in advance.

The FX Audio X6 has an output impedance of 10 ohms or so, which is high for an amp these days. It is best to use it with headphones of 80 ohms impedance rating or higher. The impedance mismatch can lead to poor results, especially in producing boomy bass.
The least expensive amp/DAC I recommend is the Fiio E10k.
