Need Help with wiring the momentary switch on an iH

Like many of you Im making my own IH. Im following these schematics but I can't figure out how to wire this momentary switch. I has 5 pins. I'm assuming left and right are + and - (does it matter which way round?) but after some reading that might be for the LED. I think I should be using C and NO for the current to the coils. However, I would like to use both.

I found these schematics but they have a + and - wire, while the IH schematics only use the + wire. So how do I wire this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
