Wigs for tiny head?

Hi all, as the title states I am looking into buying a wig for my super petite head. I have pretty bad AGA and currently wear a bonded topper, but I’d like to get a wig for when I need a break from bonded hair. I have previously worn toppers, but after having a baby my hairloss is a lot worse now, and my old toppers just don’t provide enough coverage.

I am kind of nervous about cashing out the money for a wig online and having it not fit, mainly because my head is so small and to make it worse my head is also kind of flat in the back. (My aunt oh so kindly nicknamed me “pigeon-head”) I can’t really wear headbands, and I have to buy hats in children’s sizes. I haven’t tried on many wigs, but when I did a few years ago they felt too big for my head. Maybe a 3/4 wig size would be best? I also hear good things about the wigrip headband, but wonder if my head would be too small to keep it on.

Any tips/suggestions would be much appreciated! I prefer a human hair pieces over synthetic.
