Transmission flush for 2000 Camry?

I’ve got a 2000 Camry with 218k miles. The transmission fluid is absolutely dirty and dark. I’m not sure if or when the fluid was changed last. Is a regular drain and replace sufficient or should I have the transmission flushed? Thanks in advance for any help!
