Placing printer next to furnace/electrical panel.

So I’m reorganizing my garage and a really convenient spot for my printer would be next to the furnace/electrical panel. My initial thoughts is that this is a safety hazard. Am I wrong in thinking so? I have a Creality 10s.

It’s convenient because there is an outlet nearby and if I ever want to print abs I can connect to the existing exhaust ducts for the furnace and water heater. But I still can’t shake the feeling that it’s a bad idea.
