I haven't played since season 4, how do I get back into conquest?

My friends are wanting me to join them, but its been a long time. I am getting used to the game again but I don't know the conquest meta. I am worried my level and existing elo (140s, I was plat and diamond in previous ranked seasons) might punish my re-noob self. Any tips, or good place for quick guides?
