Experiences with Sertraline

Well I was recently diagnosed with moderate depression and my psychiatrist started me on Sertraline for a period of 2 weeks.

Boy oh boy.

I haven't felt this good in years. Used to be fixated on the smallest of problems but now I'm totally chilled about most stuff. I have a new confidence in me. My voice sounds different. I actually enjoy things now. There's a kind of fire inside me now. An urge to just do something. I'm smiling often. Having fun too.

Anyone else experienced such a wild swing in emotions after going on anti depressants? Will this actually last or wear out over time?
