Any strategies for an early (July) draft?

Just curious if anyone has tips or targets for early drafts. We have to draft in July because of schedules. I was thinking Josh Gordon late because he'd be easy to drop for a Waiver Wire wonder, or if news comes down that he'll be reinstated by Week 4 then he's easy to hold onto. Other thoughts?
