[Uni] Reapplying to another course at NUS?

Hi, I just received an acceptance letter from NUS, but the course I was accepted to was not one of my top choices. I would really like to reapply for my top choices next year... can I do so without rejecting the current offer? Or do I have to reject the current offer and reapply with the same steps next year? Really appreciate any advice from the community!
