Am I being a bitch

Disclaimer: my summer is so boring I can’t wait to go back to school post

So basically I’m at this vacation spot for the summer and I have no friends here. My boys from school and home have visited a bit but most of the time I’m bored or going to the beach with my parents. I’m a rising sophomore but the kids I work with are 18/17 year old seniors in hs. They’re chill guys and everything just the high school/ college age gap seems like a bit much although I’m only 19. They invite me to beach bonfire parties and shit but I feel awkward about going because I’d be one of the only “older” people going. Should I swallow my pride and get drunk with children or go all summer bored with nothing to do.
