Anyone know what might cause rainbow bars on screen?

Some details. PS4 Pro, God of War edition so it's the second revision. Unit was in sleep mode and when I came back the screen was like this. It's not my TV, or the cable. Almost like an overlay of the rainbow bands. I have tried everything short of a reset. It's usually hooked up to my PSVR breakout box but I now have it plugged directly into the TV and no change. Thanks for any advice!
