Linux podcast manager that has tagging/naming using metadata?

I listen to a lot of podcasts, and I boot into Windows for the sole purpose of downloading my podcasts with iTunes. Podcasts are seldom properly tagged and named, and so far iTunes is the only manager I've found that does this properly, using the RSS metadata. I have a Sansa Clip that IDs podcasts by the genre tag.

Gpodder used to allow you to override the genre tag (current bug seems to have some work done on it), but that functionality was deprecated. It's the best podcast manager but tagging/naming is pretty crucial if you listen to a lot of them. Even This American Life doesn't always remember to mark the genre field properly. And a lot of them show up as 'Pro Tools 5.0' or something else irrelevant under the 'artist' or 'title' tag, making it hard to find on my portable player.

Rhythmbox, Banshee, others I've tried don't seem to include this. Is there something I haven't discovered?
