Casual

Rules:

  • Hyphens, spaces, apostrophes etc. are worth 0 points.
  • Can have unlimited Scrabble Tiles.
  • We're ignoring all the real life board effects, i.e. board length limits, double/triple letter/word spaces, etc.
  • Characters without a last name are italicized

True, all other rules aside it'd pretty much take divine intervention to get the right letter/board setup to put down "Shiharam Fizzart"

one thing to note is that the score differs by language, for example in German the points are like follows:

1 point: ENSIRTUAD

2 points: HGLO

3 points: MBWZ

4 points: CFKP

6 points: ÄJÜV

8 points: ÖX

10 points: QY

With the ẞ being treated as SS instead.

Interestingly the word von which is German for "of" gives three points more than in English, and is probably the biggest reason why the nobles are dominating this list even more than the english one. The biggest gains had Bernadetta with +11 points and Lysithea with +9 points, the biggest losses had Jeritza with -9 points and Mercedes with -4 points. Dimitri's points increased even more due to Y in German being much more rare than in English.

Yeah, the double Z doesn't give as much points in German as in English, does it. There is at least one other characters with official full name:

17 +2 Conrad Lima (plausible but as far as i know unconfirmed)

And none of them even reach the top 10 of FETH not to mention beating Dimitri's 46 points.

I'm gonna be honest. I did not know previous Fire Emblem characters had a last name aside from Elincia. Legit, she's the only one I can remember.

Sanaki's was said in game by Sephiran at the end of Path of Radiance, before you hear Elincias incidentally
