This succulent was half dead and only had one leaf left. That leaf got pecked off by a chicken and we thought for sure it was a goner. My fiance managed to bring it back though and now it's looking great!

A friend of ours gave us a whole planter of half dead succulents and cacti that his wife had given up on. We separated them all and they're all doing really well
