Oh my god

So I haven’t seen my best friend from middle school in 5 years ever since i moved.

I had the biggest crush on this girl in middle school.

A couple weeks ago we started talking to each other, and she invited me to come to a musical she was performing at(it was Footloose, she was Ariel Moore). It was pretty awesome. At the end of the musical I realized

“holy shit, i still like this girl”.

So i figure against my better judgement I’ll ask to hang out or whatever. She says no( rip me), she’s busy with other stuff, which ok i can understand, she still has to do the show for the next week. But now I’m torn:

On the one hand, i really do like her, and from the looks of it, i think(?) she likes me back

But on the other hand we’re both going to college in a month, so there’s really no point to start anything now.
