I am tired of developers ignoring the forums they implemented in order to help them solve problems
So I recently got fed up with my BV238's gunners not being able to converge on where my mouse was pointing, and decided to do a quick google search to see if any forum posts were made and see what the explanation was for this.
I found this post: https://forum.warthunder.com/index.php?/topic/422490-bv238-and-others-problem-with-crossfire-from-wing-turrets
I have read about halfway down this post at the time of making this post, and found every point and explanation to be completely valid and even included examples from other planes. I'd assume this was good enough to bring to the devs, and since it has been a year since the post was made, I am going to assume it was brought to the attention of the devs. But the main problem with this is that the moderator handling the issue needed to say this after all this evidence was provided:
"Most of my work is explaining to HQ what is going on, why it is bad, etc, etc. What you provide helps explain the issue."
Now I don't find anything wrong with that statement on the moderator's end. What I have a problem with is that a problem requiring nothing but common sense to fix has to be brought through such a painstaking process before it is even considered, and that in the end the devs choose to ignore it due to whatever reasons they can make up if it even reaches them.
On the specific issue of wing gunners not converging, here are more posts on various forums that gaijin has provided to show that they simply do not care about these issues:

Why is it that multiple posts over many years have made completely valid points on this topic, yet nothing was ever done to fix this issue? And I know that I am just covering a single problem, there are many other problems with similar coverage if not more, and they are being completely ignored or being told do stop making posts because "this issue is being considered". When are the devs going to stop making excuses and actually fix these things?
Update: I just found this gem of an article dated back to 2013. Just read the last paragraph, it is amazing.
