Am I being scammed?

I received an angry message from an account that show there was no purchase history with me. Said I have sent the wrong item at first and I need to send the right one ASAP. I don't even know which item...I asked for order number or name and mailing address and he got mad. Saying I am not helping or cooperating. Asked Why I do not have his order number on file. Etc. I was very professional and trying to be helpful. After back and forth for a while he gave me his name and address for an order placed as guest. He then claimed that it isn't the wrong item but something is wrong with it but won't provide pictures...but want me to send out another one? He is belligerent from beginning to end. Kept saying I am cheating him or not helping when I was doing my best to help him if I could get some info.... I cannot just send out another item for no reason. Am I being unreasonable here?
