Looking for rpg with town or base management

I did a search for this and saw a few post a year or so old. But wanted to see if anyone knows of any newer games.

I have been listening to The Land by Aleron kong and would love a game that had elements like it.

Would love a fantasy based action games with 3rd person or 1st person. It can be isometric but it's not preferred.

Games I have played that have kinda scratches the itch:

Dragon Age Inquisition

Factorio. Not fantasy but loved the base build up

Dragon quest builders

Minecraft

Mount and blade

Kenshi

Pillers of eternity

Pathfinder:kingmaker

Nino kinui 2

Fallout 4 (not fantasy but had good base concept)

I am sure there are a few others, but all I could think of off the top of my head.

Games to look into:

State of decay 1&2

Breath of fire 3

Kingdom come deliverance town dlc From ashes.

Thanks for yalls time.

Thanks for the response, but I have played that one. Didn't list it cuz it wasn't a fantasy.

Adding it so others don't respond with that one as well.

Breath of fire 3 has a huge side quest where you build and manage a village. Would recommend it.

Ps1 era game eh? I hadn't played any of this series cuz grid based combat never really held my attention. I wonder how well this game held up.

State of Decay! 1 or 2, both are great zombie killing RPGs where you manage your base and team of survivors. Is Zombie Apocalypse considered fantasy?

It could be I guess. I always considered games that had magic as the main power as fantasy. And sci fi were games that were science taken to the extremes, such as a zombie apocalypse caused by a virus/bacteria.

I will look into them.
