Looks like decor art, so not by a 'name' artist.
Agreed this is not by a known artist. I think it's an amateur piece though, the perspective is totally off and the sky is lacking. I'd actual expect a bit of more skill from a painting factory.
That's true. It is in that aesthetic tradition in general, I think. Maybe someone making their own version of it.
