Could an Orion solo series work again ?

I know there was already one back in late 90s and early 2000s, but i haven't read it whole and don't know how good were the sales the reviews and so on.

If it wasn't all that great, due to Orion's very soldier like personality, this time it might be different.

While still a soldier,he is a good deal differnet now (cocky, has a sense of humor etc.).

But there is one more problem. He is unbelivably powerful.

He is a god of war, son of Darkseid (the god of evil), has superman- level strenght and is not pulling any pucnhes.

Not to mention the astro-force,which rivales his old man's omega effect, which he can use for more or less anything.

But he still has a very human like personality (which kind of remindes of Hal Jordan during the Darkseid's invasion) and being a literal god among men, this feels like a very Dc thing.
