Has there been any mention of clans?

I can't recall, maybe some of you can, but has there been any mention of clans (though I'd prefer a different term just because Clan doesn't feel right to me for Fallout)? For instance, I'd love to be able to join a Filthy Casuals clan, and so when I joined a server it would more heavily weight me towards others in the same clan.
