I’m tired
Love is but a dangerous lie of a time where we believe we just might be as vulnerable as we would like. Able to unleash the frustrations of life, to curl up in the arms of a loved one, to take a deep breath, to let lie the tears held in, to feel everting feeling in that moment, and to be accepted.
I’m tired, exhausted, and a man who’s just a boy.
To sit back and listen to the songs I used to love. To lay and speak what’s on my mind, all that streams for you to find. For you to listen and not mind.
But I must get back up, Be the man I need to be To find the woman that accepts the boy.
