Noob questions how do I get the car off a broken quickjack

Well car is stuck at the 1st locking position, about 13 inches off the ground, quickjack is broken so how do I get it off the quickjack? Couple floor jacks? I am not very handy, done one corner at time before but never the whole car so I am kind of nervous. I am guessing I will need jack stands for trucks the taller one since it's 13 inches off the ground? and floor jacks that can go up pretty high? Also what should I type in youtube to search for vids? Usually it shows one corner at a time jacking. Car is a C7 thanks for your help! (I called the manufacturer about the problem and they told me to get the car down with floor jacks, when I said I am not sure how to do it they said ok let's do some trouble shoot and test it out with the car on it, I was like hell no)
