Snagit 2019, version 2019.1.2. crashes when on the Snagit capture window

Snagit crashes when on the Snagit capture window, I want to change the border width.
Every time I go to the Border settings, to change the width, it crashes. I am on latest version of Windows 10 version 1903
OS build 18362.239

Is that a bug?
